The DRN is a partnership of organisations, from the grass roots level up to regional bodies, that have joined together because they all have a stake in rural Devon. With members from the voluntary, statutory, and private sectors, the Network covers every aspects of rural life, from land use and farming to tourism, from community groups to businesses, and from the environment to accessibility and housing. The Network takes a largely strategic view of rural Devon and has helped to formulate, feed into and respond to various policies, strategies, development plans and consultation documents that may have a potential impact on Devon, both positively and negatively.
